- In-Season (Peak): $3,000 - $5,750
- Off-Season: $1,250 - $2,750
Rates apply to the 2025 calendar year only. Additional fees apply for holiday weekends. Please contact us for weekday rental pricing.
Capacity:
- Seated Dinner: 80 guests
- Reception Style: 170 guests
Rental Requirements:
The standard rental fee applies to all events hosting over 50 guests.
Services Provided:
- Alcohol service is available through our curated drink packages.
- Outside catering is welcome with prior approval.
